This started as a short story that I sold to one of
Carol Serling's Twilight Zone anthologies. The story was optioned for a
movie twice but neither was exercised. Then I decided to enter a
screenplay contest, which meant writing my first screenplay. This seemed
the logical choice. I made it to the final round but the contest
collapsed at the last minute and no winner was ever chosen. The original
story was then optioned again and this time it looked more hopeful, so I
wrote a novelization. Once again, the project fell through. So it goes. . |
